The middle school
at LCA serves students in grades 7-8. There are currently 50+ students enrolled for the 2007-2008 school year.
The foundation of our middle school, as with every level of LCA, is providing our students with character-building, Christ-centered instruction on a daily basis. All middle school students take Bible each day with one of our highly qualified Bible teachers. On Thursdays, many of our students participate in the musical and dramatic elements of our middle/high school chapel. We believe that it is our responsibility to not only teach our students the Truth, but to also allow them to live out the Truth through these ministry opportunities.
LCA offers our middle school students a well-rounded curriculum which includes Literature, Math, Spelling, Science, Bible, Creative Writing, Music, Art, Drama, and Community Service. In addition to a strong commitment to faith and learning, LCA provides middle school students with several extra-curricular opportunities. During the 2006-2007 school year, we will offer organizational options for students including: student council, drama club, orchestra, and choir. Click here for more information these opportunities. Many of our high school students also participate in athletics, an exciting and growing program at LCA. Sports offered this year will be: boys' and girls' cross country, girls' volleyball, boys' golf, boys' and girls' basketball, girls' cheerleading, boys' and girls' soccer, with football being added in 2007!
