Our primary text book company is A Beka books, located in Pensacola, FL. This fine Christian company has developed and tested their curriculum for over 50 years at Pensacola Christian Academy. A Beka's website explains the process they use in compiling a comprehensive, Christ-centered textbook:

Our middle school uses A Beka text books for all English, Math, Science and History courses.

In addition to A Beka textbooks, LCA utilizes Christian classics to supplement our reading lists. Past works read by students include: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis, House by Frank Peretti, and Sinners in the Hands of An Angry God by Jonathan Edwards.
